There are two main services provided by BPC:

1. Consulting on a productivity project for a company or organization

2. Training staff members on successful productivity improvement

Consulting on a productivity project for a company or organization

We have three options for consulting work:

1. Hourly consulting. This option is used when a client want some review of a productivity project and occasional answers to questions.

2. Pay for a set number of days. This option is used when a client wants to get more expertise for an improvement project. Buying full days is lower cost than buying hours for a larger effort.

3. Project delivery. This is used when the company wants a fixed price for a productivity project. We get involved in an evaluation and proposal phase to make the Product Delivery proposal.

1. Your staff can be trained on the Productivity Principle Roadmap, a proprietary system that leads an improvement project to a successful destination. This training helps the staff evaluate the project and apply the principles that have been found to dramatically increase the success rate of process improvement.

2. Your staff can be trained in using the Deming Constraints Lean Sigma Methodology. This DCLS Methodology combines the fast learning of Deming, the full system optimization of Theory of Constraints, the speed of Lean and the quality of Six Sigma.
